Armando Codina is stepping down as chief executive of Flagler Development Group, and will be replaced by Jose Hevia. Codina will remain as chairman.

For the last four years, Hevia served as president of Flagler Development Group, a wholly owned commercial real estate subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group. He has been with the company for 21 years. Before that, he worked as a project manager for M.K. Roark.
